Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

If cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers may instead follow the Return Policy after delivery, if applicable.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
